You own the content you generate with the Service, including landing pages and copy, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for that content, for how you use it, and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and advertising standards.
Landing pages generated by the Service are provided to you as files. We do not host them for you. Where you choose to publish them, you do so on infrastructure you control and under your own responsibility.
The Link Tracker creates short links that redirect to destinations you supply. You are solely responsible for those destinations and for ensuring they are lawful and comply with the terms of any platform where you share the link. We may disable any link at any time, including where we receive an abuse report or believe a destination is harmful.
Tools in the Service use third-party AI models to generate text and code. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it. We make no guarantee that output is original, accurate, or fit for any particular use, and we do not guarantee any commercial result from using it.
Where the Service retrieves publicly accessible third-party content, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use that content, and for complying with the terms of the platform it came from and with applicable copyright law. The Service is intended for content you own or are otherwise permitted to use.
The Service, its branding, interface and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, resell or redistribute the Service itself.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued. Where a paid feature is discontinued permanently, we will act reasonably in respect of unused credits.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost revenue.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is required by law or by our Refund Policy.
