This Privacy Policy explains how Xposure Lab™ ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with https://xposurelab.com (the "Service").
Account information. Your email address, chosen username, and (if you sign in with Discord) the basic profile information Discord shares with us.
Usage information. Your credit balance and a record of actions that consume credits, so we can operate the credit system.
Content you submit. Prompts, briefs, example hooks, topics, chat messages, uploaded reference images, and link destinations. Saved items such as content plans and AI Agent chat histories are stored so you can return to them.
Click analytics. When someone follows a short link created with our Link Tracker, we record the time of the click and coarse technical details: approximate country, device type, operating system, the in-app browser it came from (if any), and the referring page. We do not collect names, precise location, or IP addresses in our click records.
Support conversations. If you message us through the in-app chat, that conversation and your contact details are stored by our support provider.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service:
We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the Service to function — principally to keep you signed in. Our support chat provider may set its own cookie to maintain your conversation. We do not use advertising cookies.
We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Saved content (plans, chat histories, links) is kept until you delete it or close your account. Click analytics are retained so your dashboard remains useful over time. When you close your account, associated data is deleted.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete saved plans, chats and links yourself within the Service at any time. For anything else, contact us and we will action reasonable requests.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls that restrict each account to its own records. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
